Bonjour for Windows?

Post by Corellia » Wed Aug 06, 2008 6:00 am

Can anyone please help me... I'm trying to get Bonjour networking running but after installing I can't find it anywhere on my PC - how is it activated, and how do I connect to printers and PCs with it?

TIA!

Do you have used the search function to look for "bonjour" on your hard disc? Maybe you could find the install folder this way.

@linny: Google says it's a network software from Apple.

yes I used the search... turned up nothing but the installer itself, even though I had installed it with everything. I found out that all it does is install a plug-in for internet explorer and create a little icon there. when you click that, nothing happens tho... I'm SO no good with networking *sigh*...

I wanted to use it to connect to my iPhone... not working though... I'm just too stupid LOL

did you reboot after intalling it? is it on the add/remove programs list in the control panel?

also you may have to set up some settings on iphone for the pc to detect it
